Fabians Lakeside AFH LLC offers affordable, upscale 24/7 on-site full-care for seniors in the Martha Lake community near the Mill Creek Town Center. Located across from Martha Lake, at the end of a semi-private driveway and at the top of the hill, our home is one of the newest AFH in the area with an amazing view of the lake. During the summer, our residents enjoy the smell of barbecue on our outdoor covered patio while watching the many boats cruising the lake, as kids swim and jump off the dock. The view of the mountains are also breathtaking throughout the year. Safety and care is paramount to our home, therefore we have two caregivers for six residents, with a 1:3 staff ratio at all times. It is important for us to avoid overworking our staff, which helps provide better care for the residents. We recognize and respect that every resident is unique, thus we tailor our services to each individual's needs. In addition to the services mentioned under the 'Facility' page, a home doctor and awake staff are available by request, for an additional charge, and the respite short-term care is also available case-by-case. Out of the six private rooms available, three rooms have full-bathrooms, two have half-bathrooms and one is large enough to accommodate a couple. Although we would love to serve all seniors in our area, at this time, we only accept a four year private pay agreement, before medicare conversion. Thank you for considering us.
